■Product overview

The cycle step counter "PS-381" is a device for automatic press processing that controls output signals based on output settings of up to 1000 steps and input signal counts. Cutting control is possible by controlling the solenoid valve. Since it has a built-in AC/DC dual-use SSR output, it can be connected to either AC or DC power source. Cylinder operation can be monitored by connecting to the cylinder auto switch. (Optional) Ethernet support allows connection to a PC or PLC. Features

■Functions equivalent to “PS-333”

- Built-in 8-channel AC/DC dual-use SSR output. ・Up to 1,000 steps of output settings are possible.

■Improved operability with LCD panel display

- Output settings can be easily changed using the LCD panel. ・Cylinder operation test can be performed. - Counts the number of output ON times for each channel up to a maximum of 999,999.

■Detection by sensor (optional)

・The forward and backward ends of the cylinder can be confirmed by a sensor. - A stop signal is output when an error occurs.

■Equipped with functions useful for production management

・99 patterns can be registered. - Up to 500 error histories can be saved. - Patterns can be recalled using ID tags. (optional)

■Ethernet compatible

-You can check the settings etc. in HTML format. -You can download history contents in CSV format. -Various settings and operations are possible using UDP and Telnet protocols.

■Basic output control

PS-381 has a built-in 8CH AC/DC SSR output. Output settings can be made for up to 1,000 steps for each CH. Steps are counted according to the ON edge of the external count signal, and the SSR output is controlled according to the output setting of each step. When the step value reaches the return value, the step value returns to 1. The SSR output method can be selected from four types from mode 0 to mode 3 for each channel.
