■Product overview
The PS-216 mist/spray oil applicator sprays processing oil in the form of a fine drizzle over a limited area, and can evenly apply oil in an extremely thin layer or in large amounts.Since it sprays at low pressure, only the processing material can be sprayed. Concentrated application is possible, reducing the risk of contaminating the surrounding environment. Synchronous operation with the press machine is easy, such as clutch interlocking and rotary cam interlocking, and adjustments can be easily made using the test button. Furthermore, the amount of oil applied can be easily adjusted using the counter dial.

■Less splattering of processing oil
Since the processing oil is atomized at low pressure, it is possible to concentrate the application only on the processing material, reducing scattering to other parts and making it possible to apply it well to the material.
■It is possible to reduce the amount of processing oil used.
The amount of processing oil used can be reduced by adjusting the amount of spray oil (counter dial type).
■Easy to check oiling status
A test button is provided for each nozzle unit, so you can check the application status of processing oil without operating the press machine.
■It is possible to quantify the amount of oil applied
Since the amount of sprayed oil is adjusted using a counter dial, fine adjustment and reproducibility are improved, and the optimum condition can be managed numerically.
■Compatible with high-speed presses
The number of drive parts has been reduced to support high-speed press processing.
■Excellent compatibility with the scrap removal detection device PS-464
The detection ability of the scrap detector, which is essential in precision press processing, will be improved. With conventional lubrication methods, the amount of machining oil deposited was inconsistent, making it impossible to distinguish from scrap build-up. When PS-216 is used to apply uniform coating, the PS-464's high-precision detection ability with a resolution of 0.1 μm can be fully utilized, making it possible to detect even finer particles.
