■Product overview
This is an oil applicator for press processing that enables non-contact and fine flow adjustment using a low-pressure atomizing spray nozzle and digital control of an oil solenoid valve. It is possible to control the amount of oil applied on 3 channels.
Features
■Easy operation
The amount of oil applied is set numerically. The nozzle can be turned on/off by button operation.
■Reducing processing oil usage
By applying in conjunction with the press, there is no wasted processing oil or air consumption. Additionally, since the application timing is independent for each nozzle, it is possible to apply oil spot-wise to the transported workpiece.
■Reduction of maintenance man-hours
The nozzle has a simple structure with no sliding parts, making it compact and maintenance-free.
■Configuration
Consists of PS-225, nozzle, filter regulator, stainless steel pressurized tank, and processing oil filter.
■Controller
・You can easily select the nozzle to use by turning the nozzle ON/OFF.
- You can easily switch between interlocking and non-interlocking with the press device using the AUTO button.
・The status lamp shows the presence or absence of signals input from the outside, errors, etc.
・Adjust the tank pressure of the pressure tank and the amount of air atomized at the nozzle tip using regulators.
・Input line air to the air input port.
・Connect the tank air output port to the pressure tank.
-The controller has three built-in oil solenoid valves.
・Connect the output port of the solenoid valve and the atomization air output port to the nozzle.
■Principle
When spraying starts, the atomizing air solenoid valve opens and atomizing air is output to the nozzle. The oil solenoid valve repeats opening and closing according to the drive cycle and drive pulse width (valve opening time) set in PS-225, and outputs processing oil intermittently. (*A clutch or cam signal is required to start spraying.) The drive cycle can be set from 20 to 999ms or 1.0 to 60.0s, and the drive pulse width can be set from 1 to 999ms or 1.0 to 60.0s. Detailed settings can be made according to the SPM of the press and the feed length of the material.
