■Product overview
PS-228/226 makes it easy to introduce mist/spray oiling with a wide variety of system variations. A uniform coating condition not only reduces the amount of machining oil and reduces scrap build-up and clogging, but also stabilizes machining accuracy. Equipped with functions such as abnormality monitoring using a flow rate sensor and remote ON/OFF switching of banks and nozzles. There are PS-228, which allows digital flow control, and PS-226, which is easy to operate.
Features
■Less splattering of processing oil
Processing oil is atomized at low pressure, reducing splashing to other parts and ensuring good application to the material.
■It is possible to reduce the amount of processing oil used.
The application amount can be adjusted for each nozzle, so you can apply the appropriate amount only to the areas where it is needed. Additionally, since it is linked to the press equipment and is applied only during processing, waste of processing oil can be reduced as much as possible.
■Easy to check application status
A test button is provided, so you can check the application status of processing oil without operating the press equipment.
■It is possible to quantify the amount of oil applied
The PS-228 uses a digital type, and the PS-226 uses a counter dial type, which improves adjustability and reproducibility, and allows you to manage the optimal condition numerically.
■Monitoring possible with flow rate sensor
You can monitor the flow rate during dispensing using the flow sensor's window compare mode. Sensor input is disabled immediately after coating starts, making it possible to easily monitor the flow rate sensor without installing an external control circuit.
■Excellent compatibility with scrap detectors
The mist spray type allows for more uniform application compared to conventional lubrication methods. The mist/spray type, which forms a stable oil film, can be expected to improve the accuracy of scum removal as well as correct the excess or deficiency of oil that causes scum removal.
■Up to 12 nozzles
PS-228 can control up to 12 nozzles, so it can handle a wide range of materials. Additionally, it is possible to supply lubrication only through a tube without using a nozzle, making it possible to support multi-point lubrication.
