About This Product
The universal grinder IRG-1 has been developed for the production and reconditioning of tungsten carbide dies in the size range from 3 to 100 mm. Using this machine, cylindrical and conical die parts can be machined in one process, ensuring low-cost machining of molds. High precision batch production is possible.

・3-jaw chuck 125mm
・Electric high frequency spindle
・6mm collet chuck for pin grinding
・Stepless variable rotation speed and frequency
・An automatic end stop is provided when the final diameter is reached.
・Angle adjustment: up to 90°
- Sealed and robust mechanical housing
・Abrasive dust collector (operates through HF spindle)
・Option: Ø-3mm to 6mm collet
