About This Product

A tape former is an auxiliary tool for vertically attaching cable tape to the outside of the cable. In addition to a simple round shape, we can also make custom-made products that match the type of tape and shape of the cable, such as the ability to fold back the tape to prevent it from unraveling. There are various types available, ranging from those for thin wires to power cables with 400mm wide tape attached vertically, and we can also provide custom-made products.

This tape former is designed for delicate tapes such as fleece.

■Tape former tape guide/tensioner-Top PTFE insert maintains tape shape throughout tape former.
・The length of the tape former is long, allowing for gentler tape forming.
・Cable and tape samples are required to manufacture this tape former.
