About This Product

■How to choose a receiver

You choose a receiver depending on what you want to achieve. By the way, if you want to save data on the Pro Wrench itself or simply measure torque, you don't need a receiver.

■Choose what you want to achieve

・I want to import tightening results to my computer in real time. ・I want to link my own software with a torque wrench. ・I want to use Digipro Master (work support software) ・I want to use a real-time monitor (graphing software) All receivers can be connected to a computer. The most recommended is "ZC-202W". If you just need to connect it to a computer and communicate with the torque wrench using various software, "ZC-202W" is sufficient. It is also the cheapest receiver.

■I want to automatically input the tightening results into Excel.

This can be easily achieved with "ZC-401W". "ZC-401W" can switch between "keyboard input mode" and "COM mode". "Keyboard input mode" is a mode in which the received tightening results are automatically input using the keyboard. This saves you the trouble of filling out information on paper and manually inputting it into Excel, etc. "COM mode" is the mode when setting the professional wrench. When using standard software, use "COM mode". However, if you are in "keyboard input mode", you cannot set the torque wrench. All you have to do is receive the tightening results and enter the values on the keyboard. Although the level of difficulty increases with "ZC-202W", it is possible. By creating a macro in Excel, the tightening results can be automatically input into Excel. In this case, you can also set the professional wrench using macros.

■I want to import tightening data with PLC and link it with production equipment, etc.

"ZC-101W" supports serial communication in addition to USB connection. When connecting to a PLC, communicate via serial communication. A serial communication unit is required on the PLC side. "ZC-601W" has been improved to output only the minimum necessary data to make ladder programming easier.

■I want to output the tightening judgment results to a patrol light, etc.

External output can be achieved with "ZC-601W". After receiving the peak torque value from the professional wrench and determining it inside the receiver, it is possible to output OK signals/8 points and NG signals/8 points.
