■Work instructions are output to the monitor. Master implementation is possible with simple operations.

The assembly procedure is registered as a master in the same way as creating a paper work standard, and workers can proceed with the work as shown on the monitor. If you register your skilled skills as a master, the quality of assembly will be standardized no matter who is assembling it. A variety of items are available, such as process work details and points, tools used, number of tightening operations, and serial number registration of assembled parts. Explanatory photos and videos can be easily registered, and can also be used as work manuals for beginners. With the work standard option, it is also possible to import master information into your company's work standard Excel.

■By linking with professional wrench, assembly work efficiency is dramatically improved.

Traditionally, assembly sites have had to prepare a large number of analog torque wrenches that are set to specified torque values. By working together with Digipro and Pro Wrench, you can change the Pro Wrench settings as much as you like within the effective range, dramatically reducing the number of torque wrenches you need to prepare. Moreover, since the torque setting is done by DigiPro, the operator can concentrate on tightening work without having to worry about it. Also, you cannot proceed to the next task unless you receive the specified torque value for the set number of tightenings, so it is effective for making mistakes. Furthermore, if you combine it with the "double tightening prevention" option of the professional wrench, you can prevent forgetting to tighten the screws.

■Complete interface, can also be linked with measuring instruments and tools made by other companies

- Compatible with professional wrenches and barcode readers. - Supports up to 16 input and output points through other external IF devices. ・You can also operate the work screen using manual switches and foot switches. - It is also possible to control the work screen according to input conditions. (Example: Once you receive a completion signal from the tester, you can move to the next work screen, etc.) It is also possible to link with some measuring instruments and tools made by other companies.

■Navigation is possible according to the proficiency level of the worker.

However, processes that keep a history such as tightening work and inputting the serial number of assembled parts cannot be skipped, so there is no need to worry about missing work. This system can be used with confidence by everyone from beginners to experts.
