■What is a digital torque wrench?

A digital torque wrench is a torque wrench that digitally displays the torque value being measured on the LCD screen. Use this when you want to manage torque more accurately. There are products that simply measure torque values, and functions such as pokayoke and work support, such as setting lower and upper limit torques and lighting up an LED to notify the tightening status, and giving notifications and warnings with sounds and vibrations. Some products come with one. When used on a production line, rather than using a digital torque wrench alone, it is common to receive tightening results wirelessly on a computer, Pokayoke controller, or PLC, save the data, or link it with a Pokayoke system or production equipment. .
