About This Product

■Cylinder heat jacket three-dimensional type (C type) (insulation heat insulation cover for injection molding machine/extruder, heat resistant 600℃)

A multi-purpose, heat-insulating cover made of heat-resistant glass cloth/glass mat. Three-dimensional design with high adhesion and heat retention performance effectively insulates and retains heat without any gaps with the cylinder. The injection tube has many protrusions such as heater electrodes and sensors. This product has a C-shaped cross section with an opening and has a simple structure that anyone can easily install. In addition, we have 46 sizes available, so you can freely choose one that suits your current machine. *When using the product, please take into consideration the heat resistance temperature of the machine/equipment and make sure that there are no problems such as overheating.
