About This Product

For those considering in-house production of slim AGV/AMR "Thin high-output wheel drive unit" ・Newly developed thin high-efficiency motor. Achieved approximately half the length of conventional models, greatly increasing the degree of freedom in designing transportation vehicles. ・High output of 300W with a small diameter wheel of φ150. Also supports transporting heavy objects - Brakes, encoders, and drivers can be combined and customized.

■Thin

We have developed a thin, high-efficiency motor with a powdered iron core that is approximately half the length of conventional wheel drive units. By making the drive unit more compact, the size of the transport machine can be slimmed down, and the free space can be used to install lifting units, non-contact charging units, etc., and to increase the amount of batteries that can be installed.

■High output

A thin, high-efficiency motor with a powdered iron core enables high output despite its thin design. φ150 small diameter wheel for low-floor AGV/AMR with output of approximately 300W (approximately 1.5 times that of our product). It can also transport heavy objects ranging from 600kg to 1t class.

■AGV/AMR is easy to design

Even the model equipped with wheels + brakes + encoder is thin at 153 mm in length, improving design freedom on the automatic conveyance machine side. With a high load capacity of 2450N per axis, it is also compatible with low-floor AGV/AMR for transporting heavy objects. (φ150 low load type. φ200 high load type with 6370N per axis is also available)

■Customize

Peripheral equipment such as brakes, encoders, and drivers can be freely combined. Depending on the combination pattern, we can also provide it as a unit.

■Compatible with safety standards

Drivers compatible with the latest AMR/AGV safety standards (JIS D6802) can also be combined.
