About This Product

This is a small precision flow path system using our own microtube pump. Ultra-compact peristaltic pumps, available in a wide variety of lineups, enable precise, minute liquid delivery. The flow rate can be adjusted from 0.1 to 2000 µL/min. By combining it with customized parts, we have realized a wide range of designs suitable for research purposes. The pump cassette has been given sterilization resistance and can be used to construct automatic culture fluid delivery systems for cell culture and precision drug administration systems.

■Simple design that can be attached and detached without using tools

The Brick-Stud structure allows for easy assembly and removal of parts without the use of tools. Not only can pumps be set aseptically, but various parts can be customized to suit research applications, such as multiple pump cassettes. We will help you construct an optimal and low-budget precision flow path system according to your purpose of use.

■Internal channel design that reduces cell damage

Cavitation, a phenomenon in which bubbles appear and disappear in a short period of time due to the pressure difference that occurs in the flow of liquid, is known to be one of the causes of cell damage. This product has an internal design that suppresses cavitation on the inner wall of the tube and reduces cell damage. This allows it to be safely used for cell suspensions and blood delivery in cell culture.

■Reliable sterilization resistance. Autoclavable/disposable specification

The pump cassettes, which are small and have a diverse lineup, are resistant to autoclave sterilization, so they can be used without difficulty when driven in incubators, which is essential for cell culture. In addition to aseptic settings, the pump cassette is disposable, greatly reducing the risk of contamination.
