About This Product

The Bluetooth®-equipped electric dispenser "Tofutty Pro" has the features of "Toftty" such as being small, lightweight, cordless, and dispenses small amounts with high precision, but also allows for setting the dispense amount and managing logs on a PC. In addition, up to 8 devices can be wirelessly connected at the same time, making this electric dispenser specialized for use in production processes. By inputting discharge rate patterns and managing work logs, it enables thorough quality control and cost reduction in the production process.

While "Tofutty" covers everything from development to production, "Tofutty Pro" is specialized for use in the production process and is equipped with Bluetooth®, making it possible to simultaneously wirelessly manage up to 8 devices. In the manufacturing of products that require a high level of manual labor, such as medical equipment and precision equipment, this reduces work errors during the dispensing process and realizes efficiency and integrated management of the production process.

■ Program the discharge amount on a PC to reduce the burden of routine work

Switching the discharge amount not only places a heavy burden on the worker, but also causes human error. "Tofutty Pro" programs the dispense amount using a dedicated PC application, eliminating the need to manually switch the dispense amount, reducing the burden on workers and shortening work time. . In addition, improved work accuracy leads to cost reduction.

■Create a log file just by doing the work, making it easy to check the progress of the work

Equipped with an automatic logging function, information such as experiment date and time, operator name, discharge amount, temperature, and humidity is automatically converted into data. When an operator performs the dispensing process, a log is recorded on the database via wireless communication, making it easy to check whether the work was performed correctly in accordance with the experimental protocol. It is particularly effective in the production of medical equipment and precision equipment, which require accuracy and reliability of work and experimental results.
