About This Product
A dispenser is a device that dispenses liquid. In the manufacturing industry, a dispenser refers to a device that can apply a fixed amount or line of liquid to a workpiece (target to be applied). Our electric dispenser "Tofutty" is equipped with our unique micro-actuator and directly pushes out liquid with a piston built into the main body, making it compact, lightweight, and cordless. We have realized a gentle design.
It is capable of dispensing small amounts of viscous liquids such as adhesives and oil with high precision, and provides a wide range of support from development to production.

The general impression is that dispensers are large, but "Tofutty" is a completely new product that is small and lightweight and has a handy specification. By using AAA Ni-MH batteries as the power source, it is cordless and can be used without requiring the usual work space.
■Achieves minute discharge of highly viscous liquids such as adhesives and oils.
It is possible to dispense a small amount of viscous liquid. We have a proven track record of improving quality and reducing costs by dispensing small amounts of adhesive and silicone oil when assembling precision equipment. To dispense the liquid, fill it into a syringe and dispense it. The syringe has a Luer lock shape, and the nozzle installed is compatible with general-purpose nozzles from each manufacturer.
■Uses a direct extrusion method that enables high-precision dispensing
By adopting an extrusion method using our micro actuator built into the main body, we have achieved superior dispensing accuracy to the pneumatic method, which is easily affected by temperature. Dispensing accuracy achieves CV value (repeatability) of 10% (1μL). It is possible to adjust the discharge speed according to the properties of the liquid and the work purpose. In addition, the suck back function prevents liquid remaining at the nozzle tip from dripping.
