About This Product

■Summary

・A new material that transports heat with less deformation in high-temperature conditions ・Composite material of graphite (CIP) and aluminum, which was considered difficult. ・The specific gravity is as light as graphite, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to that of ceramics. ・Furthermore, the graphite ratio improves strength, enables finer processing, and reduces dust generation.

■Advantages

This material is ideal for parts that require high thermal conductivity and high dimensional accuracy due to high temperatures. It is resistant to heat cycles and has a longer lifespan than graphite by suppressing deterioration. Since it can be surface treated, dust generation can be significantly reduced compared to graphite.
