■Summary

・An unprecedented new material made of aluminum and graphite composite material ・Rigidity exceeds copper at 123 GPa, and thermal expansion coefficient is approximately 1/2 that of copper. ・A new material that is superior to aluminum and copper metal substrates: A new material that is lighter than copper, stronger than aluminum, has a coefficient of thermal expansion comparable to titanium, and has a good balance in terms of thermal conductivity. ・It is also possible to arbitrarily design physical properties such as heat conduction, thermal expansion, and strength according to required needs.

- Lightness is 1/3 of copper and equivalent to aluminum ・Young's modulus is 1.5 times that of aluminum ・Thermal expansion is equivalent to titanium: 8ppm/K ・Thermal conductivity is higher than pure aluminum: 256W/m・K ・Thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and low anisotropy
