About This Product

To achieve this, we need a kneading machine that can mix various additives smoothly and uniformly. The advanced COMPEO supports a wide range of applications, enables more flexible process steps and further increases added value in compounding.

COMPEO, an advanced single-screw kneading machine equipped with a newly developed extrusion unit, supports a variety of applications and realizes flexibility in processing processes. ■Compounding all-round player

COMPEO combines the Buss kneader technology of various previous series into one series. It can handle heat-resistant temperatures up to 400℃, allowing for an extremely wide range of process settings. With modularization and the development of a new system structure, we are now able to not only handle extremely temperature-sensitive thermosetting resins, but also thermoplastic resins that are subject to more technically demanding conditions. Ta. COMPEO's standardized modules also allow a very wide range of plastic compounding processes to be realized.

■New development concept

By adopting a modular system, the COMPEO series can be configured to best suit the compounding method of each application. By adopting standardization as a system, initial investment costs can be significantly reduced. Additionally, maintenance costs can be kept to a minimum by using surface reinforcement materials with high wear resistance in the machined parts. COMPEO's system is ergonomically designed to be easy to use, and its simple operation reduces operational errors and unnecessary machine stoppages.
