Remove dirt such as oil and water spots from optical surfaces such as glass/crystal lenses, mirrors, Si wafers, and Au coated surfaces by applying a liquid cleaner, letting it dry, and then peeling it off like a mask without damaging the surface. It can be cleaned.
Unlike general wiping-off cleaning, it is also possible to remove dirt from slight irregularities on surfaces such as gratings. There is almost no residue of the cleaner itself. Additionally, since the cleaner is inert to glass and metal, it can be stored with it applied to prevent scratches and dirt on optical surfaces. (Plastic products cannot be used as they may melt.)
