About This Product

■Summary

We have a wide variety of window materials, including quartz glass. Manufacturing conditions vary depending on the degree of vacuum, window material, window size, presence or absence of coating, quantity, etc. Vacuum window for laser introduction and measurement for ultra-high and extremely high vacuums. Since there is no thermal distortion on the window surface, transmission without deflection or confusion can be obtained. Also, since no brazing material containing Zn is used, it will not contaminate the inside of the vacuum container.

■No thermal distortion of window material

Realizes the original transmission of the window material without polarization, distortion, or scattering of transmitted light (laser)

■No Zn contamination on the window surface or inside the container

Does not use brazing materials containing Zn, a high vapor pressure metal.

■Ideal for use in magnetic fields and radiation environments

No use of Kovar metal, a highly magnetic metal and strongly activated metal

■Transmittance remains the same no matter where the window surface is

AR coating Uniform coating over the entire effective diameter area

■Other than that

・Pressure-resistant structure Even if the internal pressure increases, leaks will not occur and the window material will not come off. ・Custom orders for windows, flanges, and coats are available.

■A wide variety of window materials available

CaF2, BaF2, MgF2, ZnSe, Ge, Si, LiF, synthetic quartz, crystalline quartz, sapphire, BK7, KRS-5, Tempax, lead glass, etc. *Other product numbers are available.
