A flow meter/controller for liquids that uses the same principle as a mass flow meter. Performs highly accurate measurements with fast response.

Compatible liquids: pure water, methanol, isopropanol, ethanol, ammonia, dimethyl ether, isopentane, thiophene, isooctane, heptane, acetone
In addition to these, we may also be able to accommodate other requests.

Features
■Quickly control the specified flow rate with a response speed of 100msThe desired flow rate can be obtained in a short time. Flow rate setting is easy to operate using the front switch. Settings can also be made via analog input or communication. Equipped with a liquid crystal display as standard. Check the flow rate in real time with quick response speed. Equipped with 0 to 5VDC output and RS-232C communication as standard external outputs. A NIST traceable inspection certificate is included as standard.

■Compatible liquidsCalibrate with one of the following: pure water, methanol, isopropanol, ethanol, ammonia, dimethyl ether, isopentane, thiophene, isooctane, heptane, or acetone. *The liquid used cannot be changed.
