■Product overviewThis product is equipped with a 3D CAD engine that has processing performance 200 times faster than conventional 3D CAD, and can process 3D design data for large-scale mechanical equipment with 1 million parts in 0.2 seconds. The design of machinery, electrical wiring, and control software, which previously had to be done on multiple systems due to processing performance constraints, can now be done on the same system.

This allows machinery manufacturers to not only display the 3D shape of the entire machinery in a design environment with smooth and comfortable response, but also to share design information of the same system in real time from the design department to the manufacturing department. As a result, it is possible to prevent information gaps and waste of work that occur at each stage of conceptual design, detailed design, manufacturing, and assembly, as well as reduce rework and revisions, shortening development periods and improving quality.

■FeaturesThis product is equipped with a 3D CAD engine with high-speed processing performance developed by our company and iCAD in June 2010. By simplifying the mathematical representation of parts to display the 3D shape of mechanical equipment and drastically reducing the amount of data and memory usage, we have achieved processing performance 200 times faster than general 3D CAD. .
