About This Product

■What is Yamaha Hachi Porous Sheet?Yamahachi Porous Sheet is a sheet-like porous material developed by our company. It is polyethylene-based and has features such as flexibility, permeability, air permeability, collection ability, hydrophobicity, and low dust generation (lint-free). It has functions such as liquid. We also provide custom-made optional processing such as two-layer molding and surface processing to suit the customer's physical properties and applications.

■Basic characteristicsApplications: Coating materials for chemicals, solutions, etc., liquid-absorbing materials, etc.

■Basic performance・Flexibility: Flexible and will not damage the surface or workpiece.
・Permeability: It has an affinity for oil and ink and penetrates.
・Breathability Allows air and gas to pass through
・Hydrophobic: It has a weak interaction with water and does not repel or mix with water, so it does not absorb water or moisture.
・Durability Polyethylene base for excellent durability
・Lint-free: Low dust generation material that does not cause the base material to fall off because it is not a fiber material.
・Chemical resistance Highly resistant to acids and alkalis, and relatively resistant to oils and organic solvents.
