About This Product

■What is PE sheet for penetrating stamps?

Stamps that allow the ink to penetrate the entire surface of the stamp and make continuous impressions without the need for a stamp pad are called "penetrant stamps." Yamahachi Chemical has developed PE sheet, a penetrating stamp material, using its own manufacturing technology. Its excellent performance has been recognized in the stamp industry both domestically and internationally, and it has been widely used for many years.

■Features/Functions

A porous stamp material made from durable and wear-resistant polyethylene. The smooth surface allows processing of high-resolution designs such as finely detailed photographs and fine text, and provides excellent continuous imprinting performance. ■How to process the stamp surface

Stamp surface processing is possible easily at low temperatures. Yamahachi Chemical's PE sheet is mainly used as a material for penetrating stamps in the "flash plate making machine", a desk-top penetrating stamp production system that uses infrared heat.
