About This Product

An open fermentation mixer is a device that has a concrete wall at the back and an open fermenter in the front, and the mixer moves back and forth from side to side to stir the fermenter. To do this, simply add the raw materials and moisture control material to the empty space and stir. After adding, stir every 4 to 5 days and complete the primary fermentation over 30 to 40 days. In terms of operational management, fermentation can be carried out by charging and stirring once every 2 to 5 days, rather than every day, depending on the conditions, making it possible to adapt to a variety of business formats. Our rotary stirrer can be manufactured up to a wall height of 2.5m, and there are very few models in Japan that exceed 2m in height.

■Features

・Since the machine has a simple structure, there are fewer breakdowns and repair costs are reduced. -Automatic operation makes it easy to manage and requires no effort. ・Since the wall is only on one side, construction costs can be reduced. ・Since the number of times of stirring is small, there is less wear and tear on the machine. ・Since the stirring frequency is about 6 to 7 times a month, the amount of electricity is reduced and running costs are low. ・Depending on the raw materials, stirring is not necessary every day, but only once every 4 to 5 days, and feeding can be done daily or irregularly, making it compatible with various work formats. ・A large amount can be processed with one stirrer. (The processing amount varies depending on the model and fermenter scale.) - Moisture control agent is automatically mixed when it is placed on top of the raw materials using a shovel. Also, you can easily adjust the moisture content later by checking the fermentation status. - Raw materials can be directly added to the fermenter as is.
