About This Product

■ApplicationsIt is used to adjust the circuit balance in closed circulation circuits such as heating, air conditioning, and cooling, and to adjust the flow rate of each circuit.

■Features- You can make adjustments while watching the flow rate, so there is no need for conversion tables, measuring instruments, or troublesome calculations.
・Flow rate is directly indicated in L/min.
-The mounting direction is free. (However, if installed horizontally, make sure the reading part (flow meter) is at the bottom.)
・Maintenance of the reading part (flow meter) can be performed during operation.

■Operation・Open the gate valve of the flow rate reading part (flow meter) and turn the flow rate adjustment screw so that the required flow rate can be read.
・When adjustment is complete, close the flow meter gate valve. (This does not change the flow rate)

■Caution・Although the flow rate adjustment valve can be fully closed, a small amount will leak even when it is fully closed.
-In order to avoid turbulence and obtain accuracy, install a straight pipe with a minimum length of 250 mm and the same diameter as the flow setter on the flow setter inlet side.
・To prevent rust, please use water that has been treated with anti-rust treatment.

・Flow rate: Please refer to the flow rate table for the flow rate characteristics and flow rate adjustment range of each model.
・Measurement accuracy: ±5% of displayed flow rate
