About This Product

The Leonard Bathtub Temperature Water Replenishment Unit is a unit that mixes hot water and cold water and replenishes the bathtub with water at the appropriate temperature by opening and closing an electric valve. The mixing valve uses SUS316 parts and Teflon-coated parts, so it has excellent corrosion resistance. SUS316 or SCS14 is used for piping parts. *Please note that this unit is not compatible with all spring types.

■Terms of use

・Maximum working pressure 0.4MPa ・Minimum working pressure 0.02MPa ・Maximum differential pressure ratio 3:1 (either hot water supply or water supply can be 3) (Note) Differential pressure ratio is the pressure ratio of hot water and water supply water, which is calculated by subtracting the outlet head, pressure loss (back pressure) of fittings, equipment, etc. from the operating pressure of the hot water and water supply valve inlets. It is not simply a ratio of inlet pressures. It cannot be used in hot spring water that corrodes stainless steel or hot spring water where scale accumulates heavily. Regular maintenance is essential even for small amounts of buildup. ・For optimal control, there must be a temperature difference of 20°C or more between the hot water supply temperature, the water supply temperature, and the mixed water temperature. - Discharge the mixed water from the unit into the bathtub with as little resistance as possible. Do not make the piping thin. -Cannot be used as a shower or flush control. Also, do not install branches with multiple electric valves or manual valves. ・Cannot be used in direct connection with tap water mains.
