About This Product

This is a steam-type instant water heater that uses steam as a heat source to heat water with a heat exchanger (shell-and-tube type) to produce hot water and supply it to the point of use. It has been 35 years since it was first used for ships, and over 2,000 units have been sold in the last 15 years. It is used regularly in various facilities including various manufacturing factories. A large capacity type (523kw) has been added.

■Terms of use・Steam pressure: 0.1 to 0.4MPa (please supply at constant pressure)
・Water supply pressure: 0.1 to 0.4MPa (please supply at constant pressure)
*For EXDR-150 only, please use the steam and water supply pressures below 0.3MPa.
・Water supply temperature: Water temperature +20℃ ~ Maximum hot water supply temperature 70℃
・Power supply: AC100V
・Power consumption: 300W ~ 400W
*Superheated steam cannot be used.
・Pneumatic type (PN) only
・Air pressure: 0.5~1MPa
・Air consumption: 0.7m3/h

■Free temperature settingsThe hot water temperature can be freely set from water temperature +20℃ to MAX 70℃.

■Inline hot water supplyIn-line hot water supply allows the water supply pressure to be used directly as hot water supply pressure, so there is no need for a hot water pressure pump.Also, since the water supply and hot water supply pressures are equal, a mixing valve can be used to create a hot water supply line for medium-temperature water, making it possible to create a dual hot water supply system. The line can be installed.

■You can get safe and secure hot water.For safety, it is equipped with an abnormally high temperature shutoff function that shuts off the steam supply when the temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature.
