About This Product

■Alface®NC series

・Achieves coating film performance equivalent to or better than hexavalent chromium (WEEE/RoHS/REACH/ELV environmental regulations not applicable) ・Process can be shortened: Degreasing and etching are done in one step (Alclean) / There is no need for water washing process after Alface film treatment, so there is no need for pure water mist. ・Can be used for both dip and shower It reacts with the metal surface to form a layered protective film with different functions. The protective film has a multi-layer structure for each function (alternative technology) to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance, and has coating adhesion and corrosion resistance that are equal to or better than chromate coatings.
