■Features
- Plastic Pearl has excellent planar compressive strength, impact resistance, and cushioning effect due to its unique hollow structure.
- Plastic Pearl has no difference in strength between vertical and horizontal directions, so it can be processed in any direction. Most of the cutting, punching, printing, stitching, ruling, etc. can be done using a cardboard or paper carton processing machine.
- Due to its hollow structure, it has good heat insulation efficiency, with a thermal resistance of 0.065㎡・K/W, which is approximately twice that of a plywood board of the same thickness.
- Extremely lightweight due to its hollow structure.
- Foam sheets, aluminum foil, non-woven fabric, antistatic film, etc. can be attached during the manufacturing process (online).
・Excellent water resistance, waterproofness, and chemical resistance.
