About This Product

The most versatile toluene-based gravure ink additive. This is a highly cost-effective product that aims to improve anti-blocking, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.

■Polyethylene wax dispersion

Low-molecular polyethylene has many properties such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, affinity, and high hardness, and is used as an additive for inks and paints to exhibit effects such as abrasion resistance and anti-blocking. It is the most suitable substance. However, it cannot be said that handling is good if it remains as a powder. We disperse low-molecular-weight polyethylene in various solvents and provide it to our customers in a form that is easy to add as liquid wax. It is possible to select the best additive by optimizing the properties of polyethylene, type of solvent, particle size, and heating residue (Non-Volatile).
