About This Product

It is now possible to apply the deposition of ferromagnetic targets such as Ni to cylindrical cathodes, which was previously impossible.

■Features

・Can be used for ferromagnetic cylindrical targets such as nickel ・Special mechanism that allows safe insertion into cylindrical targets (patented) ・Continuous film formation for a long time is possible because a strong magnetic field is used. ・Both thermal sprayed nickel and solid nickel can be used. - Sprayed Ni target equivalent to 5mm thickness (diameter 143mm), target surface magnetic field of 500 Gauss or more ・Special mechanism that accurately maintains the distance between target and magnet ・Ideal for applications such as electromagnetic shielding and hard disks
