Metal Fantasy has obtained patents in Japan and the United States. Etches stainless steel, aluminum and titanium in white or silver color easily and safely. The etched surface is extremely smooth and shallow, making it difficult to get dirty, and even if it gets dirty, it can be easily removed. Metal Fantasy is ideal for observing the macro and micro structures of many alloys such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and titanium alloys.
■Features
・Highly safe and has no particular odor.

・There are gel type and liquid type.
■Etching time
・Please etch for 15 minutes for chromium/nickel type (18-8,18-10,18-12) and 3 minutes for chromium type (18-0). However, chromium-based (18-0) will discolor Metal Fantasy and generate precipitates, which will accelerate deterioration.
- For aluminum and titanium, please etch for 1 to 3 minutes. Bubbles may occur during etching, but this is not a problem.
・When the temperature is low, such as in winter, please lengthen the etching time.
- You can create shading by changing the etching time.
application
■Etching using silk screen printing
When combined with silk screen printing, etched stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium can be mass-produced at low cost and without the need for skilled techniques. Photo etching can also be done from lace patterns or continuous patterns.
■Etching using a cutting plotter
When combined with a cutting plotter, you can easily etch logos and patterns on stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
■Etching using photoresist
When combined with a resist sheet or resist film, it is possible to perform not only fine etching on stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium, but also photo etching.
When combined with silk screen printing, cutting plotters, and photoresists, it can be used to print logos and names on mugs, etc., create signs, etching bridal and memorial products, welcome boards, photo etching, kitchenware, home appliances, and systems. We can also etch kitchen panels and elevator doors.
Large capacity types (500ml or more) are also available.
