About This Product

Space-saving and energy-saving ultrasonic board cleaner (for both sides). By operating with optimal air balance, it is possible to clean both sides of ultra-thin substrates. The cleaning head has been made slimmer due to its compact design, and the blower unit has also been made energy efficient and lightweight through air flow control. Product overview

■Example of implementation in the FPD market

A non-contact double-sided dry cleaner that can handle everything from small substrates to 10th generation LCD glass. It is possible to simultaneously clean both the front and back sides of flat panel displays (LCD, organic EL) in-line to remove particles that have adhered during the array/cell process. Ideal for cleaning both sides of FPDs, OLEDs, and solar power panels that are transported by roller conveyor.

LCD panels, organic EL, touch panels, backlights, solar cells, printed circuit boards, etc.

■Recruitment process

Film formation, sputtering, resist coating, exposure, dry edging, light distribution agent coating, rubbing, sealant coating, polarizing plate attachment, glass attachment, sealing, vapor deposition, etc. The effective width ranges from 100mm to over 3000mm, and can accommodate boards of various sizes.

■Dust removal performance

Capable of removing 100% of particles larger than 1.6μm

■N2 environment compatible

The dry cleaning technology, which has a proven track record on LCD manufacturing lines, has been realized even in a nitrogen environment. It is possible to remove organically deposited foreign substances from the glass surface in a nitrogen environment in a closed chamber. We offer a newly designed blower/filter unit and temperature control system to perform cleaner processing while maintaining the nitrogen environment inside the chamber. (Patented)
