About This Product

This is a DC type ionizer bar that can be manufactured in millimeter units according to customer requests. Installation in manufacturing equipment in the semiconductor and FPD industries can be easily retrofitted as it is custom-made. In addition, by installing it in a clean booth/clean bench during the manufacturing process of semiconductors and FPD boards, or the mounting process of electronic equipment, it can prevent product destruction due to dust adhesion and discharge due to static electricity. Safety is further improved by using a DC12V signal line between the controller and the discharge bar.

■Product overview

・Bar dimensions can be manufactured in 1mm increments from 300mm to 2500mm. ・Multiple connections of up to 6 devices are possible. Individual ion balance adjustment possible ・Static charge can be eliminated only by downflow of FFU (fan filter unit)

■Features

・Ion control in the work area not only prevents dust from adhering to static electricity but also protects devices that are sensitive to static electricity. ・Ion balance adjustment for each individual bar is possible ・Equipped with discharge needle cleaning alarm and high pressure abnormality alarm function
