About This Product

This product has been renewed as "MODEL 307R" by adding a safety circuit function to the conventional specifications. Equipped with a safety circuit, if an abnormality in the high voltage drive circuit is detected, an alarm will be issued and the high voltage output will be automatically shut off. (High safety design) This is a general-purpose model that allows you to select the nozzle depending on the static and dust removal area (from concentrated to wide area). Dust that adheres to glass substrates, disks, wafers, and reticles due to static electricity is quickly and accurately removed using ionized air (or nitrogen) filtered with a 0.01μ filter.
