About This Product

Equipped with the new function Pulse Air, it is now possible to further improve the dust removal rate. This pen-type ionizer sprays high-frequency ions using air or nitrogen onto the surface of a silicon wafer or glass mask, allowing it to accurately and quickly remove fine dust attached to it due to static electricity. The ion generation and air control switches are located on the grip of the pen body, improving operability and pinpoint static/dust removal performance.

・Spraying with an extremely small nozzle of φ1.5mm improves pinpoint static elimination performance ・Improved dust removal rate with pulse air function ・The discharge needle uses a connector method that is easy to replace. ・CE marking acquired

■Features

・Equipped with a safety circuit that detects high voltage abnormality and shuts off high voltage output. ・Equipped with a 0.01 µm hollow fiber filter (cartridge type) to achieve static and dust removal using clean air.
