About This Product

■Inline temperature test system

Reliability testing begins with temperature environment testing. Temperature environment test system using Peltier thermal plate. -50℃ to +130℃ plate method for highly reliable temperature application.

■Features

・Implementation of AEC-Q100 standard "-40℃~+85℃" "-50℃~+125℃" temperature environment test system for "improving reliability" ・Temperature cycle test is possible with Peltier cooling plate. ・Highly accurate temperature control of individual device surface temperatures (±0.1℃) ・Plate size is 80x160mm to fit the device tray. ・Using a high-efficiency Peltier element, the temperature application rate is fast (-50℃→10 minutes +125℃→10 minutes) ・CFC-free, carbon neutral, global warming countermeasure, SDGs compatible

■Summary

This system is a next-generation temperature environment test system that uses a high-efficiency Peltier element that has the cooling and heating functions of conventional temperature environment test systems. The temperature range is -60℃ to +150℃ (temperature setting range), and it can be connected to a PC (RS-485). Temperature cycle testing is possible. The temperature sensor uses a Pt100 platinum resistance thermometer to quickly and accurately control the temperature of the device tray. Temperature and environmental testing systems, which were traditionally difficult to install in-line due to their high cost, can now be installed at low cost. Each cooling unit is independent and maintenance is easy.
