About This Product

■Features

・Achieved the highest level of heat transfer speed by directly bonding the P/N type thermoelectric semiconductor to the aluminum plate on the surface without a rigid body. ・Separator (support) placed in the center of P/N type thermoelectric semiconductor -Reduced thermal distortion and improved resistance to thermal stress (can withstand over 500,000 repeated heating and cooling experiments) - Compatible with larger modules (UT7070-AL), which is difficult for other companies ・Waterproof (measures against condensation that occurs at low temperatures) ・Since it is a reliable product made in Japan and all modules are inspected before shipping, the initial failure rate is 0%, providing higher reliability than other Peltier modules made overseas.

■Differences from conventional products/other companies' products

Sensor Controls' Peltier modules go through a completely different manufacturing process than overseas-made Peltier modules sold in places like Akihabara, and domestic Peltier modules made by other companies, so there are differences in the internal structure. A typical Peltier module maintains its shape by sandwiching the P/N semiconductor element between two supports. However, by developing unique semiconductor technology, Sensor Controls succeeded in placing and fixing a single support in the center. The advantage is that the heat of the P/N semiconductor element is directly transferred to the aluminum surface, increasing the heat transfer rate. In addition, the support placed in the center acts as a heat absorber, so it has high resistance to thermal stress, and the product does not deteriorate and has a long life. Proof: We conducted repeated cooling and heating tests from 10℃ to 100℃, but no change in quality data appeared even after 500,000 cycles.
