About This Product

This is an inline 2D/3D test system equipped with a key inline profile measuring instrument of Keyence. It corresponds to two -dimensional and three -dimensional measurements and inspections to achieve high -precision and stable inspection of all work.

From the shape measurement of the height, width, steps, wrinkles, and swelling by 2D, the appearance test such as volume measurement by 3D, and the appearance test such as unevenness, scratches, dirt, and chips is also realized. The entire number of inspections can be made by correcting the position and inclination.
