About This Product
High-precision main body design realizes even higher precision machining.
This is a high-precision version that further improves the accuracy of the QM Max MQX type. Ideal for finishing machining, and provides good surface roughness when used in combination with H class inserts.
■Improved body balance compared to the conventional type, and compatible with 5-axis processing machines.
When using YPHW inserts, it achieves high precision with a main body outer diameter tolerance of 0 to -0.03, allowing machining with a higher level of surface roughness.
■Available with angled main bodies, making machining of sloped surfaces more efficient.
In addition to the 0° cutting angle type, 3° and 5° types are also available, making it possible to process complex shapes with inclined angles even on 3-axis processing machines.
■Extensive insert lineup compatible with a wide range of work materials
With a rich lineup of inserts, we can handle a wide range of work materials, from general steel to pre-hardened steel, stainless steel, and cast iron.
