About This Product

Adopts a barrel-shaped cutting edge to dramatically reduce finishing machining time on a 5-axis machine. Adopts a barrel shape with a large radius on the side or bottom, which significantly reduces machining time, especially when machining with a 5-axis machine.

■The KRM type has a barrel-shaped outer cutting edge and can also cut the bottom surface.

By adopting a barrel R of R50 for Φ16 and R60 for Φ20 or more, it is possible to increase the pick amount during side machining and perform high-precision machining with suppressed cusp height. By setting an appropriate wiper width, high-precision bottom surface machining can be achieved at the same time.

■In addition to the barrel R on the outer periphery, the TNM and TPM types can also be machined with a tip R.

The TNM and TPM types adopt a barrel R on the outer periphery, which reduces overhang length and achieves higher precision and higher efficiency machining when machining with a 5-axis machining center. Corner cutting is also possible with the R-tipped blade.

■LRM type that improves machining efficiency on gently sloped surfaces with barrel R on the front of the tool.

By adopting a barrel R on the front of the tool, it is possible to perform highly efficient machining of gently sloped surfaces and highly efficient finishing machining of gently curved surfaces using the bottom surface. It also has a straight blade on the side, so it can be used for machining standing walls.
