High-precision and high-speed finishing of bottom and wall surfaces. Indexable radius end mill for machining
Corner radius accuracy is less than ±10μm. The tool rigidity comparable to that of a solid radius end mill suppresses vibration and enables high-speed finishing while maintaining high accuracy.
■ RNM insert for more accurate bottom surface finishing
Bottom edge runout is less than 5μm. In addition, the open cut angle of the bottom blade is designed to be 1°, allowing for more accurate bottom processing. Corner R0 is also available for φ10, φ12, φ16, φ20, and φ25 inserts.
■HRM insert that realizes high-feed and high-precision semi-finishing
By adding a large radius to the cutting edge, the chip thickness is reduced and semi-finishing at high feed rates is possible.
■FRM insert that realizes low resistance and high precision side finishing.
Ideal for high-precision finishing and high-speed machining of high-hardness materials. Additionally, when machining the vertical wall section, by shortening the straight section, it prevents it from collapsing.
