Achieves high efficiency and long life in finishing machining
We offer a lineup of high-precision inserts with insert R accuracy of ±0.006 mm or less for each application, and are compatible with a wide range of work materials. It is capable of high-precision machining comparable to that of a solid ball end mill, and achieves beautiful finished surfaces.
■Achieves finishing comparable to solid end mills
The R accuracy when installing the insert is less than ±0.006mm, which is as high accuracy as a solid ball end mill. In addition, by using a carbide C body or a carbide shank arbor "Gaibutsu Ittetsu" for the shank material, chatter is suppressed and high-precision finishing is achieved.
■Excellent repeatability and easy tool replacement
Although it is an indexable type, high-precision machining with an R accuracy of ±0.01 mm or less is possible just by replacing the insert. Additionally, the holder and insert can be easily replaced with a single screw.
■A wide variety of applications depending on the workpiece material
By selecting the insert grade and cutting edge specifications, it can be used with a wide range of work materials, from general steel to 70HRC high hardness materials, stainless steel, titanium alloys, cast iron, and aluminum.
