Double-sided 4 corner specification. Achieves high precision machining with a design that emphasizes precision. The lineup includes 17 types capable of high depth of cut and 11 types capable of high speed machining.
■ Periphery polished insert that provides a long life and a beautiful finished surface.
The insert has 4 corners on both sides. The high-precision peripheral polished insert improves machining accuracy and extends life. In addition, it uses an arc-shaped cutting edge trajectory, resulting in a clean machining surface and ▽▽▽ level machining.
■17 types with high depth of cut and high precision for highly efficient rough to semi-finishing
17 types with Max.ap=15mm. Achieves high precision machining even at high depths of cut, consolidating rough machining to semi-finishing processes into one process.
■11 types of small-diameter, multi-blade, high-speed, high-precision types that make semi-finishing highly efficient.
Excellent for semi-finishing process with high accuracy specification of main body outer diameter tolerance of 0 to -0.1mm when using master insert. High-efficiency, high-speed machining is possible with small-diameter multi-blade machining using small inserts.
