About This Product
High-efficiency, high-feed cutter with emphasis on sharpness
Lineup includes 09 types with square positive inserts with 4 corners on one side. Achieves high efficiency machining of difficult-to-cut materials such as heat-resistant alloys and titanium alloys.
■Multi-blade specification design enables high-speed, high-feed machining even when machining difficult-to-cut materials
Adopts 09 insert, which is smaller than SKS-GII, and has more blades. Achieved high-efficiency, high-feed processing of titanium alloys, heat-resistant alloys, and stainless steel with MAX.ap=0.9mm.
■Stable high-feed machining even on difficult-to-cut materials
In addition to the straight blade shape, the strong axial design of the main body suppresses cutting resistance and enables stable, high-feed machining of difficult-to-cut materials.
■Periphery polished insert for long life
Adoption of a polished outer periphery insert reduces initial wear and provides good edge sharpness, reducing cutting resistance.
