An innovative high-feed cutter that achieves amazing chip evacuation.
The lineup includes 10 types and 14 types of square positive inserts with 4 corners on one side, enabling highly efficient high-cut machining. Ideal for digging into mold materials.
■Single-sided positive insert capable of high cutting depth and high feed rate
The axial rake angle of the main body is strong, and the insert is a positive insert with excellent sharpness, and the 14 types enable high-feed processing with a high depth of cut of up to 2.5 mm.
■Large chip pocket for excellent chip evacuation
The chip pocket is designed to be large, which improves the evacuation of chips generated during high-feed machining, and prevents problems such as chip clogging during machining.
■Compatible with a wide range of work materials with a rich lineup of inserts
Three coated grades are applied: JC8118, JC8050, and JC7550, making it possible to handle a wide range of materials from general steel to pre-hardened steel and high-hardness materials. In addition, the DS150 has been newly added, making it possible to process difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloys.
