Multi-blade specification with 2 corners on one side. A wide range of work materials and a wide range of machining are possible with one holder, achieving high efficiency machining.
■EP** type that achieves high feed rate with chip evacuation rate of 144cc/min
Ultra-high feed machining is possible with a low depth of cut of Max.ap = 1mm, and the chip evacuation rate is 144cc/min at Φ32. In addition, it is compatible with work materials ranging from general steel to 60HRC.
■ZPMT type capable of shoulder milling of Max.ap=6.0mm
This is a shoulder milling insert that can perform rough to semi-finishing of the sides and bottom of Max.ap = 6.0mm. The lineup includes three types of corner radius sizes: 0.4, 0.8, and 2.0, and is compatible with corner radius processing.
■YPHW type realizes high efficiency and high precision finishing machining
Mirror inserts for side and bottom finishing and contour line machining achieve high precision and excellent finished surfaces. We also have a lineup of CBN inserts for processing where finishing is especially important.
