■Small insert that can be used on both sides. High efficiency machining with multi-blade specifications
High-efficiency machining is possible with the 6-edge specification and multi-blade specification of small inserts, and a dovetail structure is adopted for the insert restraint surface to suppress insert movement due to cutting resistance.
■Uses the optimum grade for machining and interrupted machining of general steel to hardened steel.
The highly versatile ``JC8050'' with an excellent balance of fracture resistance and wear resistance, and the ``JC8118'' which is suitable for machining difficult-to-cut and high-hardness materials, are used to process general steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and high-hardness materials. A wide range of processing is possible.
