High feed cutter capable of Max.ap=1.5mm with 6 corners on both sides.
■Small diameter multi-blade specification
Despite the small diameter insert, high efficiency and high feed machining with a maximum axial depth of cut of 1.5mm is possible.
■Strong insert clamp
The insert restraining surface adopts a dovetail structure, and by firmly clamping with a single clamp screw, it is possible to prevent insert movement due to cutting loads.
In addition, the use of M3 clamp screws reduces screw breakage problems, strengthens the clamping force, and achieves long life with stable machining.
■Amazing chip evacuation performance
In addition to the chip pocket with excellent chip evacuation properties, the machine also has grooves on the outer periphery that prevent the body from chafing due to chips being trapped, achieving amazing chip evacuation performance.
