About This Product

Achieves process integration with multifunctional drilling applications for a variety of work materials, from stainless steel and carbon steel to pre-hardened steel, cast iron, and aluminum alloys. Even with the indexable type, it is possible to counterbore holes with H7 accuracy. Suitable for counterboring large structures with long overhangs. ■Achieves long life with low resistance cutting edge shape, optimal grade, and lubrication system

The wave flute shape realizes low cutting resistance machining. By using a unique lubrication system and the optimal grade JC7550, we have achieved long tool life even when machining pre-hardened steel and stainless steel.

■Achieve process integration with multifunctional applications

It consolidates conventional end mill processing such as drilling on sloped surfaces and counterboring holes, reducing processing time.

■Suitable for counterbore machining of large structures with long overhangs.

The modular head type is combined with an all-carbide shank arbor and a stubborn arbor to suppress chatter and support machining with long overhangs.
